1- Return Policy and Warranty

Return Policy and Warranty
In short: Returns for defective or damaged products are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery.
 A tracking code is required and will be provided by us.
 We do not cover return shipping costs.
 Custom or specially ordered products cannot be returned.
 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
 Warranty procedures are carried out in accordance with Bulgarian law.
 We reserve the right to inspect and verify returned products before issuing a refund or
replacement. We may request photos or videos of the defect, as well as the shipping label or
box, to expedite evaluation.
Partial Defects:
Minor defects affecting only part of the delivered product do not entitle the buyer to reject the
entire order or withhold payment for products that are compliant.
Warranty:
Products under warranty will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in accordance with Bulgarian law
and our warranty procedures. The warranty period may vary depending on the product category, but
the standard period is 1 year.
