1. Warranty Policy (12 Months)

All products purchased from DAS Company Engineering Ltd. include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty starting from the delivery date.

Warranty Covers:

  • Factory or manufacturing defects.
  • Component failures not caused by misuse or external factors.
  • Repairs carried out by authorized technicians only.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized repair.
  • Physical damage, impact, water exposure, or natural disasters.
  • Consumables, plastic parts, or decorative components.

Warranty service requests can be submitted via email. Customers may be required to provide installation proof, photos, or videos for assessment.

2. Return Policy

You may return eligible products within 32 days from the date of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • All included accessories and documentation must be returned.
  • Returns can be made via courier/mail.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies for non-defective returns.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within the same 32-day period.
  • Items must meet all return eligibility requirements.
  • Exchanges depend on product availability.
  • Shipping fees apply unless the exchange is due to a defect or wrong item received.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed in the original payment currency.
