Placing an Order

You can place your order directly through our online store or by email.
1. Online Order:
o Add the products you need to your cart.

o Our sales team will confirm availability, lead time, and shipping options before

Order Processing Time
 Standard processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

your address.

2. Express Delivery

If you need your products urgently, our express delivery partners (DHL, UPS, FedEx)
will ensure the fastest possible arrival.
Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on destination and stock status.

3. Self Pick-Up

If you prefer to handle logistics yourself, we can prepare your order for warehouse
pick-up.
