We stock and supply the full ABB industrial drive range for demanding applications across Europe. The ACS880 (0.55–6000 kW) is ABB's flagship industrial drive with built-in Direct Torque Control (DTC), Safe Torque Off (STO) as standard, and compatibility with all major fieldbus protocols including PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and Modbus RTU. The ACS580 (0.75–250 kW) is ABB's general-purpose all-compatible drive for standard industrial, HVAC and pump applications. Both series share the same parameter structure and commissioning tools, significantly reducing engineering time on multi-drive projects.
ABB's Synchronous Reluctance (SynRM) motors represent the highest motor efficiency currently available. The IE5 SynRM range (0.75–450 kW, IEC frame 90–315) delivers up to 40% lower energy losses compared to IE3 induction motors — with no magnets, no rare earth metals and significantly lower rotor temperatures for extended bearing life. The IE4 SynRM range covers 1.1–350 kW in frame sizes IEC 90–315 for general industrial applications. Both series are designed to be paired with ABB ACS880 or ACS580 drives as matched motor-drive packages, maximising system efficiency in pump, fan, compressor and conveyor applications. EU Regulation 2019/1781 compliance is standard across the entire IE4/IE5 portfolio.
ABB low-voltage circuit protection from DAS Company covers the complete SACE range. The SACE Tmax XT moulded-case circuit breakers (MCCB) are available from 16A to 1600A in XT1 through XT7 frame sizes, with electronic and thermomagnetic trip units. The SACE Emax2 open-air circuit breakers (ACB) cover 400A to 6300A for main incoming and bus coupler applications in MV/LV substations. We also stock ABB S200 and S800 modular MCBs, AF contactor range and TF thermal relays for complete motor control and panel protection assemblies.
The ABB PSTX soft starter range (30–1250A) provides controlled ramp-up and ramp-down for motors in pump, fan, compressor and conveyor applications where full-voltage direct-on-line starting is not suitable. PSTX includes built-in bypass contactor, pump protection functions and fieldbus connectivity. The PSR and PSE series cover 3–105A for compact machine-level soft starting. All ABB soft starters are available with ATEX options for hazardous area installations.
The ABB AC500 PLC family covers PM554 to PM592 CPU modules with integrated Ethernet, PROFIBUS and CANopen. The AC500-S safety PLC supports SIL3/PLe certified safety functions, fully compatible with the ACS880 drive's PROFIsafe interface for integrated drive safety applications. TB5xx I/O modules, CP600 HMI panels and ABB Ability™ cloud connectivity complete the automation platform for machine builders and system integrators.
