The Hager NBN series (6 kA, B/C/D curves, 1P/2P/3P/4P, 6A–63A) is Hager's standard IEC 60898-1 modular MCB for residential and light commercial distribution board applications. The MCN series (10 kA, IEC 60947-2) provides the higher breaking capacity variant for commercial and industrial final circuit protection where downstream fault energy requires increased interrupting performance. Both NBN and MCN accept the full Hager auxiliary and accessory range — including MZ201 auxiliary contacts, MZ202 alarm contacts, MZ203/204 shunt releases and under-voltage releases — enabling remote indication and motor operation of circuit breakers from building management systems. Locking accessories (MZN175) allow MCBs and RCCBs to be locked in the off position with a standard padlock for permit-to-work isolation procedures.
The Hager HIM series RCCB (2P/4P, 25–125A, 30/100/300/500 mA, Type A/AC) provides earth leakage protection for residential and commercial final circuit distribution, compliant with IEC 61008-1 and EN 61008. Type A RCCBs detect both sinusoidal and pulsating direct fault currents — required by IEC 60364 for circuits supplying modern electronic loads including EV chargers, variable speed drives and switch-mode power supplies. Hager RCBOs (combined MCB and RCCB in one module) cover 1P+N and 3P+N configurations in B and C curve from 6A to 32A at 10/30/100 mA sensitivity — providing individual circuit RCD protection without shared RCD tripping affecting other circuits in the same distribution board.
The Hager Volta series provides flush-mount and surface-mount distribution board enclosures (1–4 rows, 18–72 modules, IP40/IP43) for residential electrical installation, meeting IEC 61439-3 for final circuit distribution. Volta enclosures are available with opaque or transparent doors, plain and glazed front covers, and are supplied with neutral and earth bars, IP2X shrouds and integrated cable management. The Golf series flush-mount enclosures (1 row 4 module to 3 rows 36 module) cover compact apartment and small commercial board requirements with a shallow 72 mm depth for thin partition wall installations. Both Volta and Golf accept the full Hager NBN/MCN and HIM RCCB/RCBO range with shared DIN-rail busbar connection.
The Hager Invicta 3 is the Type B TPN (three phase and neutral) distribution board for commercial building electrical installations, compliant with BS EN 61439-3 and the 18th Edition wiring regulations. Available in 125A (12–24 TP ways) and 250A (12–24 TP ways) variants with incoming switch-disconnector, MCCB or RCCB options, the Invicta 3 features a unique trunking entry system eliminating the need for paxolin sheets, transparent IP2X shrouds on earth and neutral bars and removable door and front cover for easier site installation. The Hybrid Distribution Board variant accommodates up to 125A outgoing MCBs alongside standard MCBs/RCBOs in a single board — replacing the need for a separate MCCB panelboard in smaller commercial applications. Quadro Evo covers the transition to higher power distribution above 250A, providing a full IEC 61439-1/2 industrial panelboard solution.
The Hager Gamma series provides IP40/IP43 metal DIN-rail enclosures (1–4 rows, 12–72 modules) for industrial panel and commercial building distribution applications, with optional plain or transparent polycarbonate doors and modular busbar connection accessories. The Veka series flush-mount metal enclosures (1–3 rows, 12–48 modules) cover recessed wall installation in commercial building corridors, plant rooms and sub-distribution points. Both Gamma and Veka enclosures accept the full Hager modular device range including MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, contactors, timers and kWh meters on standard 35 mm DIN rail.
Hager's modular automation and control range includes digital kWh meters (single-phase and three-phase, MID-certified) for energy sub-metering on commercial building circuits, digital and electromechanical time switches for lighting and HVAC scheduling, contactor and latching relays for load control and surge protective devices (SPD) Type 1+2 and Type 2 for lightning protection of final circuit distribution boards. All accessories are DIN-rail mounted and dimensioned for direct integration in Volta, Golf, Gamma and Veka enclosures without adapters.
