DAS Company is an authorized Omron distribution partner, stocking and supplying the complete Omron industrial automation portfolio — Sysmac NX/NJ EtherCAT machine controllers, CJ2M and CP1L PLCs, E2E inductive and E3Z photoelectric sensors, F3SG safety light curtains, G5 and 1S servo systems and G5Q/G2R power relays — to machine builders, system integrators and automation engineers across Europe from our Bulgaria distribution base.
The Omron Sysmac NX/NJ platform is the flagship machine automation controller for high-performance OEM machine building and system integration. The NX1P2 and NX102 controllers integrate PLC logic, motion control, safety and vision inspection in a single EtherCAT master — supporting up to 64 axes of synchronized servo motion. The NJ101, NJ301 and NJ501 controllers target mid-to-high complexity machine automation with up to 256 EtherCAT slaves, 128-axis motion and built-in database connectivity via OPC UA. The NX-series I/O system (NX-ECC EtherCAT coupler, NX-ILM400 IO-Link master) provides distributed I/O with direct E2E proximity and E3Z photoelectric sensor connection via IO-Link. All Sysmac controllers are programmed in Sysmac Studio using IEC 61131-3 languages with integrated motion and safety configuration.
The Omron CJ2M modular PLC series (CPU31–CPU35, 5K–60K steps, 40 ns LD instruction) provides EtherNet/IP tag-based data links, optional Pulse I/O modules for 4-axis positioning and full backward compatibility with CJ1-series I/O units — protecting existing panel investments during machine upgrades. The CP1L compact controller (CP1L-EL, CP1L-EM, CP1L-M) covers 10–60 I/O points with built-in Ethernet (L/M variants), pulse output for 2-axis positioning and USB programming port. The CP2E (N-type and S-type) adds embedded Ethernet, serial communications and real-time clock as standard for standalone machine control in a compact body. All CP and CJ series controllers are programmed via CX-Programmer or Sysmac Studio with full online edit capability.
The Omron E2E inductive proximity sensor range covers metal object detection in M8, M12, M18 and M30 cylindrical housings with NPN/PNP output, 12–48 VDC supply and sensing distances from 1.5 mm (M8) to 15 mm (M30). The E2E-X NEXT series introduces IO-Link communication alongside standard discrete output — enabling remote parameterisation and diagnostics from the NJ/NX controller without additional hardware. The Omron E3Z photoelectric sensor (50×50 mm rectangular) provides diffuse, polarised retroreflective and through-beam sensing in a universal form factor with teach-input function and M12 4-pin connector. The E3F3 cylindrical M18 and E3S-C compact sensors complete the range for conveyor and machine tool applications. All sensors are IO-Link ready in NEXT generation variants for smart sensor integration with Sysmac NX IO-Link master modules.
The Omron F3SG-R safety light curtain series provides Type 4 IEC 61496-1 finger (14 mm), hand (30 mm) and body detection for machine access guarding applications. The F3SG-4RA (advanced) features built-in muting, blanking and cascading functions without additional controllers — reducing panel space and wiring complexity. The F3SG-SR slim series (35 mm wide emitter/receiver) covers space-constrain
