DAS Company is an authorized Schrack distribution partner, stocking and supplying the complete Schrack relay portfolio — RT series DIN-rail socket relays, PT series panel relays with mechanical and LED indicators, SR2M force-guided safety relays, RM miniature PCB relays, RZ high-current relays — alongside Schrack Technik circuit breakers, contactors and distribution equipment, to panel builders, machine manufacturers and electrical engineers across Europe from our Bulgaria distribution base.
The Schrack RT relay series (by TE Connectivity) is the European standard for DIN-rail socket-mounted general purpose relays in industrial control panels, building automation and HVAC systems. The RT1 (1-pole, 16A, CO contact) and RT2 (2-pole, 8A, 2CO contacts) are available in 6V, 12V, 24V, 110V and 230V AC/DC coil voltages with AgNi or AgSnO2 contact materials for standard and high-inrush applications respectively. The complete RT socket system — DIN-rail socket with screw or push-in wire termination, plastic retaining clip, EMC suppression module (varistor, diode or RC snubber) and multi-position marking tag — forms a unified interchangeable relay assembly platform. LED coil activity indicator is available on all sockets without additional relay modification. The RTX bistable relay switches 320A inrush currents and carries 16A continuous — targeting heating element, motor and lighting load switching in energy management and building control applications where latching (memory) relay function is required.
The Schrack PT series panel mount relays (11-pin and 14-pin, round base socket) are the standard panel relay for industrial control and automation panels requiring visible relay status indication. The PT relay body provides both a mechanical flag indicator (yellow flag rises when relay is energised, visible without power) and an LED coil activity indicator — enabling maintenance technicians to diagnose energisation status without a test probe. The PT socket accepts both standard PT relay bodies and the smaller RT relay bodies — providing mechanical interchangeability across relay sizes in panel relay socket positions. Push-button manual override on the PT socket enables relay testing without applying coil voltage — allowing control circuit commissioning and fault diagnosis with the panel live. PT sockets are available with 250V/10A screw-clamp or push-in cage-clamp termination for both standard and tool-free panel wiring applications.
The Schrack SR2M force guided safety relay provides IEC 61810-3 (EN 50205) Type A positively guided relay contacts for safety circuit monitoring applications where contact welding or failure must be detected by an external safety controller. Force-guided contacts guarantee that when any NO contact is welded closed, all NC contacts are mechanically prevented from opening — and vice versa — allowing a safety PLC or safety relay to monitor contact state divergence as a fault indicator. The SR2M is a 4-pole relay (2NO + 2NC forced guidance) available in 24V DC, 24V AC and 230V AC coil voltages, fitting the standard RT DIN-rail socket. Schrack SR2M relays are used in emergency stop relay circuits, guard door monitoring, two-hand control panels and electro-sensitive protective equipment (ESPE) output circuits where IEC 62061 SIL2 or ISO 13849-1 PLd relay component requirements apply.
The Schrack RM series (1-pole, 12/16A, SPDT) is the standard miniature PCB power relay for appliance, HVAC control board, heating element switching and building automation terminal equipment applications — complying with standardised PCB footprints for direct substitution on existing PCB layouts. The RE series (general purpose miniature PCB relay, 10A) and PE/PB series (miniature, 6A/10A) cover lighter switching loads in control electronics, timer circuits and sensor output stage applications. All RM/RE/PE/PB series carry IEC 61810-1 certification with RoHS compliance and multiple PCB footprint variants (THT, SMT where applicable) for both through-hole and automated soldering assembly on control electronics PCBs.
The Schrack RZ series (1-pole, 12/16A CO or NO contact) provides a compact DIN-rail socket relay in a narrower profile than the RT series — used in high-density relay panels where 17.5 mm RT pitch exceeds available panel width. The RY series offers latching (bistable) single-coil and dual-coil variants for applications requiring power-off state retention — including load control in bus-powered building automation, metering and remote switching installations where coil power consumption at rest must be minimised. The MSR series (general purpose, 5 mm slim PCB) covers high-density PCB relay applications in terminal units and I/O modules where standard relay pitch cannot be accommodated.
Schrack Technik (Vienna, Austria, founded 1920) provides the full range of low-voltage electrical distribution equipment beyond the relay portfolio. The Schrack Technik BH series MCBs (6A–63A, B/C/D curves, 6 kA and 10 kA) cover residential and commercial DIN-rail circuit protection. BL series contactors (9A–95A AC-3) and motor protection circuit breakers complete the motor starter range for industrial panel applications. Schrack Technik terminal blocks (feed-through, disconnect, fuse terminal) and DIN-rail busbars cover panel wiring and power distribution requirements. Schrack Technik is a leading electrical distributor and panel equipment manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe — a natural distribution partner for DAS Company's Balkan and Eastern European customer base.
