DAS Company is an authorized SICK distribution partner, stocking and supplying the complete SICK sensing and safety portfolio — microScan3 and S300 safety laser scanners, TiM240/TiM320 2D LiDAR sensors, WTB27 and WL12 photoelectric sensors, IME/IMS inductive proximity sensors, DFS60 incremental encoders and Inspector vision sensors — to machine builders, safety engineers and automation integrators across Europe from our Bulgaria distribution base.
The SICK microScan3 is the next-generation safety laser scanner for stationary machine guarding and mobile platform protection, featuring patented safeHDDM® (High Definition Distance Measurement) scanning technology that maintains reliable detection even in dusty, high-ambient-light and weld-spark environments. The microScan3 Core (275° scanning angle, 5.5 m protective field) provides PLd/SIL2 area guarding via OSSD outputs with up to 8 configurable protective fields. The microScan3 Pro adds EFI-pro ethernet interface for direct integration with SICK safety controllers and Flexi Soft modules, simultaneous monitoring of multiple protective fields and localization for autonomous mobile robots (AMR) via the SICK Sensor Integration Machine (SIM1000 FX). The microScan3 Plus covers PLe/SIL3 applications with redundant OSSD outputs. SICK Safety Designer software provides drag-and-drop field configuration with automatic SIL/PLd verification report generation.
The SICK S300 Standard and Advanced safety laser scanners (270° scanning angle, 2 m/3 m protective field range) represent the established platform for AGV mobile safety and stationary hazardous area protection in industrial environments. The S300 Mini provides the most compact safety scanner footprint available for space-restricted AGV and machine integration. The S300 Expert (PLe/SIL3) supports up to 16 switchable field sets and EFI ethernet communication for complex multi-zone machine access guarding applications. All S300 variants are configured via SICK Safety Designer with direct download via USB — no additional programming hardware required. CDS (Customer Data Set) file cloning allows rapid replacement unit configuration in production environments.
The SICK TiM240 (240° scanning angle, 10 m range, 0.33° angular resolution) and TiM320 (320° scanning angle, 25 m range) are compact 2D LiDAR sensors for non-safety object detection, presence detection and contour measurement applications. The TiM551/561/571 (270° scanning angle, 10–25 m) series covers autonomous mobile robot (AMR) navigation, people counting, level monitoring and perimeter security applications. The LMS100/LMS111 outdoor-rated LiDAR (270°, 20 m, IP67) covers outdoor perimeter, port and crane detection applications with Ethernet/UDP interface. All TiM scanners connect via Ethernet (TCP/IP, CoLa protocol) with SICK SOPAS ET configuration software for field and filter programming.
The SICK WTB27 (50×50 mm rectangular) covers diffuse, background suppression (BGS) and polarised retroreflective sensing with teach function and M12 4-pin connector — the standard SICK photoelectric for general industrial object detection. The WL12G covers long-range retroreflective detection up to 70 m for large machine perimeter and conveyor applications. The W4 (miniature, 28×21 mm) and WTB4SC (compact all-purpose) cover space-constrained machine and packaging line applications. All SICK photoelectric sensors are available in IP65/IP67 ratings with NPN/PNP output, 10–30 VDC supply and push-pull output for universal PLC/controller interface.
The SICK IME inductive proximity sensor range covers M8, M12, M18 and M30 cylindrical housings with standard and extended sensing ranges for metal object detection in industrial machine applications. The IMS inductive distance sensor provides analogue output (4–20 mA, 0–10V) for continuous distance measurement to metallic targets — used in press line gap monitoring, tool breakage detection and position measurement applications. All IME/IMS sensors are available with M8/M12 connector or pre-cabled PVC/PUR options, NPN/PNP discrete output and IO-Link communication for smart sensor integration with SICK IO-Link masters or third-party IO-Link controllers.
The SICK DFS60 incremental encoder (58 mm flange, up to 65,536 ppr, 12,000 rpm) is designed for drive and motor feedback, conveyor speed measurement and positioning applications with shaft or hollow-shaft mounting in IP67 housing. The AFS60 singleturn and AFM60 multiturn absolute encoders provide SSI, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP and CANopen interface options for absolute position feedback in servo and positioning systems. The LEC linear encoder covers direct linear position measurement on machine slides and linear axes without rack-and-pinion mechanical coupling.
The SICK Inspector P60 smart camera provides 2D vision inspection for presence/absence, measurement, pattern matching and barcode reading on production lines without PC-based vision software. The CLV61x and CLV62x laser barcode scanners cover omnidirectional barcode reading on conveyor and sortation systems at up to 1500 scans/second. The IDM160 handheld reader covers manual barcode verification at goods-in and dispatch points. All SICK vision and ID products connect via Ethernet with SICK SOPAS ET configuration.
