DAS Company is an authorized Telemecanique Sensors distribution partner, stocking and supplying the complete OsiSense portfolio — XC series limit switches, XS inductive proximity sensors (M8–M30), XU photoelectric sensors (diffuse, retroreflective, through-beam), XX ultrasonic sensors and XZ machine cabling accessories — to machine builders, OEM engineers and automation integrators across Europe from our Bulgaria distribution base.
The Telemecanique Sensors OsiSense XC standard limit switch range is the worldwide industry benchmark for electromechanical position detection in industrial automation. The XCKM (miniature metal, IP66) and XCKS (plastic double-insulated, IP66, EN 50041 format) are the standard modular bodies accepting interchangeable actuator heads — plunger, lever, roller lever and adjustable roller lever variants available. The XCKJ (metal industrial, IP66/IP67, EN 50041 format) covers heavy-duty machine tool and press line applications with high mechanical endurance. All XC limit switches feature positive-opening contacts (IEC 60947-5-1 direct opening), 1 NO + 1 NC snap-action contact blocks, and operating temperature range -25°C to +70°C. Modular head-body-contact block construction allows actuator and contact block replacement without complete switch removal — reducing maintenance downtime in installed machine populations.
The Telemecanique Sensors XS inductive proximity sensor range covers metal object detection from 1.5 mm (M8) to 15 mm (M30) sensing range in standard and extended-range variants. The XS2 (M8), XS4 (M12), XS6 (M18) and XS8 (M30) cylindrical series are available in NPN/PNP output, NO/NC switching function, 12–48 VDC supply and 2-wire/3-wire/4-wire wiring configurations. Brass, stainless steel and plastic housings cover standard, food-grade hygienic and chemical-resistant installation requirements. Extended-range XS-E variants double the standard sensing range — enabling flush mounting without reduced detection distance. All XS sensors are available with M12 4-pin connector or 2 m PVC/PUR pre-cabled options for direct machine integration. Rectangular XS8C and XS1M flat-profile sensors cover conveyor track detection where cylindrical form factors are unsuitable.
The Telemecanique Sensors XU photoelectric sensor range covers all major operating modes for presence, position and counting applications. The XUK compact rectangular (50×50 mm) series provides diffuse, background suppression (BGS), polarised retroreflective and through-beam sensing up to 15 m in a single product family — available with teach function, multi-mode operation and M12 4-pin connector. The XUM cylindrical M18 series covers long-range diffuse (0.8 m) and retroreflective (6 m) applications. For material handling and conveyor applications, the XUY roller conveyor sensor and XUB fork sensors enable direct on-conveyor mounting without bracket accessories. Laser variants (XUL and XULT) provide precision spot detection for label and small object sensing on packaging and labelling lines. All XU sensors meet IP65/IP67 rating and carry CE marking for European machine integration.
The Telemecanique Sensors XX ultrasonic sensor range provides contactless detection of any target material — independent of colour, surface finish, transparency or density — at ranges from 20 mm to 8 m. The XX9V (M18 cylindrical, 20–400 mm range), XX9E (rectangular, 40–2000 mm) and XX930A (large rectangular, up to 8000 mm) cover compact machine tool through to large-scale crane and AGV distance measurement applications. Analogue output variants (4–20 mA, 0–10V) provide continuous distance measurement for level control, robot guidance and tension control applications. The XUVU04 ultrasonic fork sensor provides precise label gap detection on packaging lines where optical methods fail on transparent or reflective labels.
The XT capacitive sensor range (M18, M30, rectangular) detects non-metallic materials — liquids, powders, glass, plastics and cardboard — through container walls and without direct contact. Adjustable sensitivity via potentiometer allows calibration for specific target materials and installation conditions. The Telemecanique XIOT Cloud Connected Sensor is a wireless IoT vibration and temperature monitor for remote equipment health monitoring via LPWAN (LoRa) — enabling predictive maintenance on hard-to-reach machinery without sensor cable installation.
