221 Series Splicing Connectors — CAGE CLAMP® Technology

The WAGO 221 Series is the global benchmark for tool-free splicing connectors in junction box and distribution panel wiring applications. Available in 2-conductor (221-412), 3-conductor (221-413) and 5-conductor (221-415) versions, the 221 Series connects solid, stranded and fine-stranded conductors from 0.14 to 4 mm² (0.2 to 6 mm² in the 6 mm² variant) via the iconic orange lever mechanism without any tools. The operating temperature up to 85°C makes the 221 Series suitable for luminaire, junction box and outdoor enclosure applications. The 2273 Series compact splicing connector (2 to 8 conductor, up to 2.5 mm²) serves space-constrained installations in smart home, HVAC and light commercial panels. Both series are available with ATEX Ex certification for zone 1/2 hazardous area junction box applications. The new 221 Green Range variant is manufactured partially from bio-circular and recycled plastics for sustainability-targeted procurement.

TOPJOB® S DIN-Rail Terminal Blocks

The WAGO TOPJOB® S system is the comprehensive DIN-rail terminal block solution for industrial control panel and distribution board applications. The 2002 series (feed-through, 0.5–4 mm², 2-conductor Push-in CAGE CLAMP®) and 2004 series (2-conductor, up to 10 mm²) cover standard signal and power feed-through applications. The 2016 series disconnect terminal blocks allow circuit isolation without additional switches. 2013 series fuse terminal blocks accept 5×20 mm and 5×25 mm fuses directly in the terminal body. 2060 series sensor/actuator terminal blocks (6-conductor, 2×3) streamline sensor wiring in machine and process panels. All TOPJOB® S series share standardised plug-in jumpers (2002-402, 2002-404), end covers and continuous marking strips for fast panel assembly and clear documentation.

WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM 750 — Modular I/O & PLC

The WAGO 750-series modular I/O system is a complete automation platform covering digital I/O, analog I/O, technology modules and fieldbus couplers in a unified DIN-rail format. Fieldbus couplers are available for PROFIBUS DP (750-303/306), PROFINET (750-375), EtherNet/IP (750-354), Modbus TCP (750-352) and CANopen (750-337) — enabling the 750 system to integrate with any major PLC platform without gateway conversion. The 750-8xxx PFC200 controllers (CODESYS 3.5 runtime) provide standalone automation with integrated web server, cloud connectivity and e!COCKPIT engineering software. Digital I/O modules (750-400 to 750-504 series) cover 24 VDC NPN/PNP input and transistor output functions at 2, 4, 8 and 16-channel density.

EPSITRON 787 Power Supplies

The WAGO EPSITRON® 787 series provides 24 VDC and 48 VDC DIN-rail power supplies for industrial control panel applications. The 787-1002 (24 VDC / 2.5A), 787-1004 (24 VDC / 5A), 787-1006 (24 VDC / 10A) and 787-1008 (24 VDC / 20A) single-phase models cover the complete output current range for machine and panel supply. The 787-1664 and 787-1666 three-phase models (20A and 40A) target large panel and process control applications. 787-874 redundancy modules allow two EPSITRON supplies to operate in parallel with automatic load sharing and no single point of failure — essential for safety-critical 24 VDC bus architectures. All EPSITRON 787 supplies are approved to IEC 62368-1 and UL 508 with full CE marking.
