1. Parties

This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded between DAS COMPANY ENGINEERING LTD (the “Company”) and any natural or legal person who creates a membership account on the Company’s website (the “User”). By completing the membership registration, the User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.

2. Membership and Use

• The User must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
• The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.
• Any activities carried out under the User’s account are deemed to have been performed by the User.
• The website and its services may be used only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable regulations.
• The Company reserves the right to verify account information and request additional documentation when necessary.

3. Rights and Obligations

• The Company may amend or suspend the terms or features of this Agreement at any time, provided such updates are announced on the website.
• The User must not engage in activities that harm the website’s functionality, security, or reputation.
• The User agrees not to infringe intellectual property rights or disrupt other users’ experience.
• The Company may provide electronic communications related to the User’s membership.
• The User is responsible for all actions taken through their account, including authorized third-party use.

4. Termination

• The User may terminate their membership at any time via the website.
• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in unlawful activities.
• Termination does not release the User from existing financial or legal obligations prior to termination.

5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Varna, Bulgaria.
