Terms of Sale and Payment

1. Ordering Process

Customers may place an order by adding desired products to the shopping cart and completing the checkout steps as instructed on the website.

Once the order has been submitted, the Company will send an order confirmation email to the customer, acknowledging receipt of the order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but serves as notification that it has been received.

The purchase agreement becomes binding only after the Company issues a written confirmation or invoice, or upon the shipment of goods.

2. Payment Methods

• Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer): Payment details will be provided upon checkout or invoice. Orders will be processed once payment is received in full.
• Credit or Debit Card: Secure online payments are processed through certified payment gateways. The Company does not store card details.

All payments must be made in the currency specified on the website. Any transaction fees, such as international bank fees, shall be borne by the customer.

3. Retention of Title

Ownership of the products remains with the Company until full payment of the total purchase amount (including any shipping and applicable taxes) has been received. Until ownership passes to the customer, the products must not be resold, pledged, or otherwise disposed of without written consent from the Company.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs and any additional charges (such as customs duties or import taxes, if applicable) are displayed separately before finalizing the order.

The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, such changes will not affect confirmed orders for which a payment confirmation has already been issued.
