The cornerstone of every electrical installation. Cembre's insulated crimp terminal range is one of the most extensive in the industry, designed for copper conductors from 0.25 mm² up to 6 mm² and beyond. The famous RF, BF and GF "F range" funnel-entry terminals guarantee complete insertion of the conductor strands into the terminal barrel for a secure, reliable mechanical and electrical connection. The range covers ring tongues, fork tongues, pin terminals, blade terminals, hooked blades and bullet connectors, with insulation in PVC (V0 self-extinguishing), polycarbonate, nylon PA6.6, high-density polyethylene (PE HD) and heat-shrinkable variants for outdoor and harsh-environment use.
The professional non-insulated portfolio for medium and high-current applications. Manufactured from electrolytic copper tube with a purity greater than 99.9%, Cembre cable lugs are electrolytically tin-plated (minimum 3 μm) to prevent oxidation and ensure long-term electrical conductivity. The range covers terminations and through connectors compliant with the principal European DIN standards – DIN 46234 for compression cable lugs, DIN 46235 for tubular cable lugs and DIN 46267 T.1 for through (parallel) connectors – plus angled lug versions, contained palm types, brass and zinc-plated steel variants, and lugs with central stop and inspection hole for verifying correct conductor insertion.
For overhead lines, aluminium cable terminations and the critical interface between copper and aluminium conductors. Cembre aluminium connectors are made from material with a purity equal to or greater than 99.5%, while Aldrey versions handle the higher mechanical stress of overhead lines. The bimetallic Cu-Al connectors – one of Cembre's most distinctive product lines – use a friction-welded transition between copper and aluminium to provide a galvanically safe connection between dissimilar metals, eliminating the risk of bimetallic corrosion. Internal surfaces are filled with special inhibitor grease to prevent oxidation during and after installation.
Professional crimping and cutting power without electrical supply – ideal for site work, substations, manholes and remote installations. Cembre's hydraulic tool range covers manual hand-operated crimping heads, foot-pump operated tools and remote hydraulic heads connected to separate pumps via high-pressure hose. The complete range of hexagonal, radial, indent, deep indent, oval, trapezium, circular and semicircular crimping dies matches every connector profile in the Cembre range, with cross-sections from 6 mm² up to 1000 mm² and beyond.
The modern reference for fast, repeatable, ergonomic crimping. Cembre battery-powered tools combine Li-ion battery technology, brushless motors and intelligent electronic control to deliver consistent crimping force, automatic decompression at the end of the crimping cycle and full traceability of each operation. The B-Series and HT cordless ranges cover cable lugs and through connectors from small electrical installations up to high-voltage power utility crimps, plus dedicated battery cable cutters for copper, aluminium and steel-reinforced cables.
Beyond crimping, Cembre offers a complete range of professional hand tools for the panel builder and electrical installer. The Crimpstar® manual crimping tools (including the iconic HP3) cover insulated and non-insulated terminals up to 10 mm². The HB cable stripping tools handle insulation removal cleanly without damaging conductors, while the SC professional scissors and SDC professional screwdrivers ranges complete the everyday-use toolkit. Professional sockets, drives and assembly accessories round out the offering.
Identification is non-negotiable in any professional electrical installation. Cembre's Markingenius MG3 is a thermal-transfer marking system designed specifically for the panel-building and electrical-contracting market, capable of marking cable markers, terminal block markers, device tags, push-button labels and panel identifiers in a single workflow. The Cembre marking ecosystem also includes a wide range of pre-printable cable ties, halogen-free identification tags, sleeves and labels suitable for railway (EN 45545-2 compliant), industrial and outdoor use.
Cembre is one of Europe's most trusted suppliers to the railway industry. The dedicated railway product range includes connectors and terminals certified to EN 45545-2:2015 – the European standard for fire testing of materials and components for trains – plus specialist crimping tools, contact line tools, fastening systems and rail bonding equipment. Halogen-free materials are used throughout, ensuring compliance with the most demanding rolling-stock specifications.
Cembre products are intended for professional users (B2B). With 19,515 product codes available for immediate dispatch from Cembre's automated 60,000-bin warehouse and a network that handles 10,000 order lines per working day, choosing Cembre through E-DAS Company means combining Italian manufacturing excellence with strong local stock and project-based commercial terms.
