The 2026 release introduces two major innovations to the established Relpol portfolio. First, the iconic RM84, RM85 and RM87 PCB relays are now available with transparent coloured covers – the cover colour is automatically assigned based on coil type: orange for AC coils, blue for DC coils – delivering instant visual identification at panel level. The transparent versions retain the same order codes (with the legacy ...-01 suffix) and remain compatible with all existing sockets and accessories. Second, the new GZP80 push-in socket family brings tool-less, screwless installation to the Relpol interface relay ecosystem, with one of the highest rated loads on the market (12 A / 300 V AC) and flammability class V-0. Combined with the new PI84P / PI85P interface relay sets using the transparent RMP84 / RMP85 relays, push-in technology now spans three complete product lines.
The heart of the Relpol portfolio. The RM85 16 A miniature PCB relay is one of the most widely used industrial relays in Europe, available in standard, inrush (80 A / 20 ms), 105 °C sensitive, faston V7/H7 (20 A) and high-voltage variants. The RM84 (2 CO, 8 A), RM87 (12 A) and RM96 (8 A miniature) families round out the PCB relay range, while the RSM sub-miniature signal relays cover low-current switching for telecom and electronic boards. The RA2 automotive relay (20 A, 2 NO) targets vehicle and mobile equipment applications.
The DIN-rail and panel-mounted industrial portfolio. The R15 family (2/3/4 changeover, 10 A) is the European reference for industrial control circuits. The R2N, R3N, R4N series and the latching R2B/R3B/R4B versions cover specific switching needs. The RUC and RUC-M heavy-duty relays handle 16 A loads. The complete PI plug-in family (PI84, PI85, PI84P, PI85P, PI71P, PI72P, PIR2, PIR3, PIR4) with GZT80, GZM80, GZP80, GZ71, GZ72 sockets gives panel builders a flexible, tool-friendly mounting system. PIR6W and SIR6W add interface relay modules with EM or SSR outputs.
For switching higher currents directly without a contactor. The RS35, RS50 and RS80 high-power PCB relays handle 35 A, 50 A and up to 90 A respectively. The R50A and R90A deliver 50 A and 90 A switching at up to 1000 V AC, ideal for solar, energy and motor applications. The R30N and R40N compact PCB versions provide 30 A and 40 A switching with 1 CO or 1 NO contact configurations.
Railway-certified relays for rolling stock, signalling, level-crossing and trackside infrastructure. The RM84 and RM85 retain their global reputation in this sector, complemented by the R2T, R3T, R4T and R15T industrial relays in railway versions. The RUCT and RUCT-M heavy-duty 16 A relays plus the complete PI…T plug-in range with GZT…-V0 flame-retardant sockets ensure compliance with railway flammability and EMC requirements.
The Relpol time-relay family covers every classic timing function: on-delay, off-delay, interval, pulse, asymmetric flasher, star-delta and multifunction. The RPC series covers 16 A and 8 A switching with 1 CO, 2 CO and 3 CO versions, including the RPC-2ME-UNI-SSR with triac output for noiseless switching. The TR4N (1 CO 16 A, 2 CO 8 A, 4 CO 6 A) and legacy T-R4 add panel-mount options. The unique PIR15…T with COM3 time module turns a standard plug-in relay into a timer.
Protect equipment and personnel by detecting electrical faults before damage occurs. The RPN-VF, VFS, VFR, VFT three-phase voltage and phase sequence monitors detect phase loss, asymmetry, sequence errors and over/under voltage on 400 V networks. The newer MR-EU and MR-GU compact series provide single- or two-changeover voltage and current monitoring in 17.5 mm housings with transparent display.
For silent, high-frequency switching and for power-line installations. The RSR series covers everything from 1 A PCB-mountable SSRs (RSR30, RSR32, RSR35) up to 125 A heavy-duty modules (RSR54). Variants with built-in heatsinks (RSR45, RSR52, RSR62, RSR72, RSR93, RSR95), DC-output, AC-AC, AC-DC and configurable zero-cross/random-fire functions are available. The RXC and RIK installation contactors (20, 25, 40, 63 A) handle motor starters, lighting circuits and industrial loads with 2 NO, 4 NO, mixed NO+NC and 4 NC contact arrangements.
Smart switching for building automation and small machine control. The NEED programmable mini-PLC range offers 8 or 16 I/O configurations with relay or transistor outputs, plus the NEED-MODBUS communication module. The RPI installation relays provide 16 A switching for residential and commercial circuits, while the RPB bistable impulse relays save energy by maintaining state without continuous coil power – essential for staircase and corridor lighting.
The complete supporting product range. RSP surge arresters cover Type 1+2, Type 2, Type 2+3 and DC SPDs from 7 kA up to 100 kA, plus dedicated PV (50/80 kA), data line (RS-232/485, PT100, TTL) and signal-line surge protectors. The RZI power supply range (15 W to 480 W) delivers 12 V and 24 V DC for industrial control. The RWT, RAT, RDT digital clocks, RLE energy meters, RLK signal lamps and GSR plug-in sockets complete the offering.

The Relpol 2026 Price List is effective from 2026 and contains updated list prices across the complete Relpol product portfolio – including the new transparent coloured RM84, RM85 and RM87 PCB relays, GZP80 push-in sockets, PI84P/PI85P interface relays, the established R15, RUC and PI ranges, RPC time relays, RPN and MR-series monitoring, RSR solid-state relays, RXC/RIK contactors, RSP surge protection, RZI power supplies and NEED programmable mini-PLCs.
From the 2026 release, Relpol RM84, RM85 and RM87 PCB relays are available in transparent coloured covers, with the colour automatically assigned by coil type: orange for AC coils and blue for DC coils. This provides instant visual identification at the panel level. The new colour versions replace the previous transparent (clear) versions, but order codes remain unchanged. The standard non-transparent grey housings also remain available.
GZP80 is Relpol's push-in socket family for the RM84, RM85, RM87 and RMP relay ranges. Push-in technology eliminates screws and tools – conductors are inserted directly and held by spring force, enabling faster, error-free installation. GZP80 sockets have one of the highest rated loads on the market at 12 A / 300 V AC, are DIN rail (EN 60715) or panel mountable, and meet V-0 flammability class. Combined with ZGZP80-8 bridging strips, they enable rapid common-signal connection across groups of relays.
Both are ready-to-install push-in interface relay sets using the GZP80 socket. PI84 and PI85 use standard RM84 / RM85 relays. PI84P and PI85P use the transparent RMP84 / RMP85 relays, which are preferred by automation specialists for their visual contact indication. Both sets include the signalling and surge protection module and ejector clamps.
The RM85 inrush is a special version of the RM85 PCB relay designed to handle high inrush currents – up to 80 A for 20 ms. It is ideal for switching LED lighting, switched-mode power supplies, capacitor banks and other capacitive loads where the initial inrush current would damage a standard relay. Rated load is 16 A / 250 V AC for steady-state operation.
Yes. Relpol manufactures a complete railway-certified product range including the RM84T and RM85T PCB relays, R2T/R3T/R4T/R15T industrial relays, RUCT/RUCT-M heavy-duty 16 A relays and the PI84T/PI85T/PIR2T/PIR3T/PIR4T plug-in interface relays with GZT…-V0 flame-retardant sockets, ensuring compliance with railway flammability and EMC requirements for rolling stock, signalling and trackside infrastructure.
