ASTOR Transformer Price List 2026 (PDF) | ASTOR Switchgear & Kiosk Price List 2026 (PDF)
The flagship range. A+ class hermetic-type transformers deliver the highest energy efficiency available under TEDAŞ MLZ 99/032-E – significantly reducing no-load and load losses compared to standard classes, with measurable lifetime electricity savings. Hermetically sealed against the atmosphere, completely filled with oil under vacuum, with no expansion tank: the transformer oil never contacts air, eliminating moisture absorption, oil oxidation and the need for periodic oil maintenance. Ideal for distribution centers, organized industrial zones (OSB), wind farms, solar power plants, hospitals, hotels and inner-city distribution applications.
The cost-effective standard range. AOAk class hermetic transformers comply with TEDAŞ MLZ 99/032-D and provide reliable, durable performance for projects where the additional efficiency benefit of A+ class is not the primary driver. Same hermetic construction principles as the A+ range – fully sealed, oil-filled under vacuum, no expansion tank, no periodic oil maintenance – at a more accessible price point. Ideal for construction sites, factories, irrigation projects and general-purpose MV/LV distribution centers.
For applications where oil is not permitted – high-rise buildings, hospitals, data centers, shopping malls, marine vessels, mining facilities and underground installations. ASTOR dry-type transformers use cast-resin (vacuum-cast epoxy) coils with no flammable insulating liquid, delivering F1 fire behaviour, E2 environmental class and C2 climatic class. Available in two specification levels: TEDAŞ MLZ 99/031-B (Turkish market requirement) and IEC 60076-11 (international export specification). Optional cooling fan kits provide forced-air cooling for AF (Air-Forced) operation up to 50% capacity boost.
The flagship medium-voltage switchgear range from ASTOR Enerji. AS36 series cubicles are 36 kV air-insulated metal-enclosed modular cells with internal arc classification, designed for energy production facilities, substations, wind power plants, solar power plants, hotels, shopping centers, business centers, hospitals and industrial facilities where uninterrupted power supply is critical. ASTOR's own brand SF6 load-break switches, SF6 disconnectors and SF6 circuit breakers ensure safe, reliable switching operations. Available in 630 A and 1250 A busbar ratings with 16 kA short-circuit withstand.
For installations where the smallest footprint and the highest environmental sealing are required. ASTOR gas-insulated AS36 cubicles use SF6 insulation throughout, delivering compact dimensions and full sealing against humidity, dust and pollution. The Compact RMU (LC+LC+LF configuration) is available in both extendable and non-extendable versions, ideal for urban distribution kiosks, ring main applications and compact transformer substations.
Pre-fabricated, factory-tested complete MV/LV transformer and distribution centers in monoblock concrete construction. ABK kiosks are designed in compliance with TEDAŞ MLZ 2000/036.C, supporting transformer capacities up to 1600 kVA and integrating MV cubicles, distribution transformer and LV panel in a single weatherproof enclosure. Concrete is C35 compressive strength class per TS 500, with IP23D protection against water and dust, IK10 mechanical impact resistance and independent access doors for each compartment. Available in nine standard width sizes from 2550 mm up to 7500 mm.
Complete protection and metering ecosystem for the AS36 switchgear range. ASTOR offers a curated selection of digital protection relays from globally trusted brands – including IEC 61850-compliant feeder management relays for the most demanding utility and substation applications.
The supporting product range. Maintenance-free battery rectifiers provide the auxiliary 24 V DC supply required by motorized switchgear, protection relays and tripping circuits, in compliance with TEDAŞ MLZ 2018/065. Current and voltage transformers are available in a wide range of primary currents from 150 In up to 1000 In, with single, dual, triple secondary configurations and metering / protection accuracy classes.

The ASTOR 2026 Price List is effective from January 2026. It contains the official USD list prices for ASTOR A.Ş. power transformers and ASTOR Enerji A.Ş. medium-voltage switchgear, RMUs and monoblock concrete kiosks.
A+ class hermetic transformers (TEDAŞ MLZ 99/032-E) deliver the highest energy efficiency available under TEDAŞ specification – significantly lower no-load and load losses than the AOAk standard class. AOAk class transformers (TEDAŞ MLZ 99/032-D) provide reliable performance at a more accessible price point. Both share the same hermetic construction with no expansion tank and no periodic oil maintenance.
The ASTOR price list covers hermetic oil-immersed transformers from 50 kVA up to 2500 kVA (28.5–36 / 0.4 kV) and dry-type cast-resin transformers from 400 kVA up to 2500 kVA, in both TEDAŞ MLZ 99/031-B and IEC 60076-11 specifications.
The AS36 series is ASTOR's 36 kV air-insulated metal-enclosed modular switchgear, manufactured in compliance with TEDAŞ MLZ 95/007.E. Available in 630 A and 1250 A busbar ratings with 16 kA short-circuit withstand, the range includes load-break switch cubicles (LC, LF), circuit breaker cubicles (CBC, CBT), voltage transformer cubicles (VTC), metering cubicles (LCV) and bus section cubicles. ASTOR also offers gas-insulated AS36 RMU versions and compact LC+LC+LF RMU configurations.
ASTOR AS36 switchgear is fully compatible with Schneider Easergy P1 (overcurrent / earth-fault protection), Fanox SIL-A (self-powered protection), Schneider Easergy P3 U30 and ABB REF615 IEC 61850 feeder management relays. Surge protection is provided by 7.2–36 kV / 10 kA silicone-polymer surge arresters.
ABK monoblock concrete kiosks are available in nine standard widths from 2550 mm up to 7500 mm (all 2500 mm deep and 3530 mm tall), in compliance with TEDAŞ MLZ 2000/036.C. They support transformer capacities up to 1600 kVA and integrate MV cubicles, distribution transformer and LV panel in a single weatherproof enclosure with IP23D protection and IK10 mechanical impact resistance.
